Every once in a while (or every day, who am I kidding?), we might prefer a little snark with our "pretty." For this reason, I created "Handmade In Hell," a cross-stitch sampler portraying delicate yellow flowers and surrounded by bugs and critters one might find in a beautiful, lush meadow. This pattern makes a great gift for a friend or relative who enjoys the juxtaposition of beautiful and subversive needlework themes.
This pattern is charted using 14 count fabric and measures 7 x 7 inches. This would look great left in its hoop and hung on the wall. Use whatever fabric color you like most that works with the colors seen, or substitute your own color preferences.
